Effect of the homeopathy Arnica montana, in the centesimal potencies, on Tanacetum parthenium plants

Forty-five days after the transplanting into pots, Tanacetum parthenium plants, obtained from seeds, received homeopathic preparations of Arnica montana, centesimal scale (CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4 and CH5). The applications, weekly, were made at the same time, pouring the preparation into the soil around the plant, after being diluted in demineralized water. The height of the plants was determined every 15 days, while the fresh weight of the shoot and the parthenolide content were determined at the end of the experiment. Although height and fresh weight in plants was not changed in terms of the application of homeopathic preparations, the parthenolide content decreased, especially with the application of CH3 and CH5 potencies.
